Already in 2017, our two breweries teamed up to create a Collaboration Brew for Leinenkugel’s 150^th Anniversary, which turned out to be a huge success and needed to be repeated. Here we are 4 years later:

The new Leinenkugel’s Hofbräu Collaboration Beer is a German-style Amber Lager solely brewed with German malts and American hops. Beautifully dark amber in color, flavorful & refreshing, the beer is available in cans with an exclusive designed packaging showcasing the Leinenkugel’s brewery and our Hofbräuhaus in Munich. A piece of art for all senses!

The two breweries, Leinenkugel’s and Hofbräu München, share a great partner- & friendship over many years, nurtured by the same values of tradition, brewing knowledge and quality. On August 25^th the Hofbräu USA Team visited Leinenkugel’s Brewery and the Leinie Lodge to celebrate the official Collaboration Lager keg tapping together. It’s the “German Gemütlichkeit” what it’s all about and here is a taste of it:
